All of the beef we sell comes from cattle raised on our family farm. Our cattle spend the growing season on pasture. We utilize a technique called rotational grazing to give the land time to rest. This approach requires extra care and close management but results in healthier, more resilient soil and plants leading to healthy and naturally productive cattle. In the months when pasture isn't plentiful, the herd's diet consists of hay or silage grown by the farm.
Once the beef is harvested it is dry aged which helps further enhance the flavor. The meat is then cut, cryo-vac wrapped and frozen to ensure a safe and high quality product.
