All of our cattle are born and bred on the farm in Orange, CT. Our cattle are pasture raised and in the winter months when pasture isn't plentiful, they are supplemented with hay and corn silage grown by the farm.

Once the beef is processed, a dry aged method is used. The beef is then cut, wrapped and frozen. The individual packages are labeled with the name of the cut as well as the weight. 

Our beef is available for retail sale throughout the year in our farm stand. A variety of cuts are available including steaks, roasts, ground beef and stew beef.  Please click on the links below to see the cuts available and our pricing.
